Placing an Order

Holco offer a range of ordering methods to best suit the needs of the customer. We can assist with your orders via our app, fax, email, or alternatively you may choose to telephone your order through to the Food Service department.

Preferred ordering methods

Our preferred method of ordering is via our email or on a fax order sheet.  Orders can be emailed through to the sales email address specific to your state.

In South Australia account customers can order via our Holco App which is available for download from iTunes or Google Play now.

You can place and order via fax, (we can custom make fax order sheets to suit your requirements) If you require a fax order sheet, please ask our customer service team to have a sales representative to contact you.

Alternatively when telephoning through an order, ask the Receptionist to speak to the Food Service department or the Sales Person you would like to speak to. When placing an order via telephone please ensure the following information is readily and available as a customer service representative will require this information;

  1. Customer Account Number
  2. Delivery date required
  3. Purchase Order Number (if applicable)
  4. Full Product descriptions and portion sizes (if applicable)
  5. Product Codes(where possible) and quantities

Minimum Orders

Minimum Order requirements & Delivery Fees

All deliveries incur a $2 ( GST Inc.) Fuel Levy.  This levy is charged on a delivery basis.  If there are multiple invoices for one delivery, the charge should only appear on 1 of the invoices.

The minimum order quantity is $250.  Any total order for a day that has a value under $250.00 will incur a $25 (GST Ex.) delivery fee.

As we’re open on a reduced service capacity on Saturdays, we require a $25 (GST Ex.) Saturday delivery charge to cover the cost of delivery of all orders.
